I recently graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2021 with a BFA in interactive design and game development. I am a 3D artist with a focus in hero & story telling assets. I enjoy stylized production - I love working with both realistic and fully cartoony styles. I'm always open to try something new, so I have some experience working with rigging and animation, as well as digital and traditional 2D art.
I work with teams of engineers to create virtual reality simulations, as well as graphic designs for presentations and grant submissions. The VR simulations include “trying on” exoskeletons, operating robots, and testing out human subject experiments remotely. I also optimize 3D CAD models into something usable for short animations and renders for presentations.
I am currently working on a VR simulation where the user can interact with the exoskeleton being built by the DOE-Exo engineering team. My tasks have included: creating a character that looks like the workers at the Hanford cleanup site, optimizing meshes from CAD models to be suitable for VR capabilities, and modeling a VR environment that puts the user into the shoes of the workers and their site.
